I don't love it

And I don't hate it, but the drawing isn't really good.
You see, anime is drawn alot differently than this..

Head shape, eyes and hair are screwed, shadowing/lighting
is fine but still, Headshape, hair.... It matters alot.

P.S: You don't "draw art" with a mouse.

yeah,i know,the eye are different,and the face shape is different too
and the hair really messed up
and i have learned you draw with pencil at the hard way
